Well well well, I have finally commenced some real training. So what have I been doing you ask??? Kickboxing, zumba and about a 6km run 3 sessions for the week. I feel good need to step it up though next week.
As for my eating it has been good also focusing more on my MJ. So eating clean drinking lots of water.
