Here I come

Getting close to my final photo and finish of my blog. It has been about 22 weeks since I had my little girl Zahli, the first six weeks I did not exercise due to a caesar and at least 4 to 6  weeks I was so fatigued trying to find that balance.

Anyhow this week i have done a few sessions of weights (which I personally love) and find it the best way to get back in shape, plus a combination of cardio and zumba sessions.  My eating is still on track and I make sure I still enjoy dining out with the family, and do not put too much pressure on myself.
