Kylie Reh (Galway)

Kylie has worked in the fitness industry for over 25 years. Kylie has worked at a number of centres and many of her current clients have followed her from Wollongong Fitness World over 23 years ago til now, in her own club.

Kylie recognised the need for an all female gym and when Fernwood in Wollongong closed its doors, she began the Rekreate outdoor fitness group which operated successfully for over 7 years. Kylie has now been able to realise her dream by opening her own Ladies Fitness Club.

Kylie's real passion lies in working with women and making a difference in their lives. Because of her ability to relate to every women (and to keep it real), Kylie has helped many women achieve improved health, fitness and body image.

Kylie is married to Brad and has a 4 year old daughter Zahli, 6 year old son Bayden and 14 year old step son Harrison. Because of her own family demands, Kylie understands the obstacles associated with having a busy family life and finding the time for yourself to achieve realistic goals.

Kylie would love nothing more than to help motivate you to Rekreate yourself in a positive and friendly atmosphere.

 

Kate Ridd

katePersonal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor

Kate has been in the fitness industry for about 5 years, changing careers from Property Management to Personal training. Kate has previously worked as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Operations Manager at Kickstart Fitness. Kate is also BodyPump, BodyStep, RPM, Boot camp and Boxing qualified. She is also trained by the Australian Diabetes Council to undertake the Beat It Program.

Kate's passion for fitness began at an early age dancing for 14 years as well as playing a range of sports including netball, touch football and oztag. Kate spent 3 years traveling around the world before settling into a role in the Fitness Industry. She has a passion for helping other like-minded women work towards the health and fitness goals and loves that she can play such an important part in some women's life.

Kate is married to Nathan, has an 8 year old step daughter, Casey, and Angel, the cutest puppy ever!

Kate understands that life can be hectic and we don't always stick to our health and fitness plan. She suggests that you stop beating yourself up about the bad days! We're all a work in progress, which means we get there a little at a time, not all at once.

 

Lauren Trewick

Lauren2Personal Trainer/ Group Fitness Instructor / Exercise Physiology Rehabilitation

Lauren began working in the fitness and health industry at age 19. Recently graduating from University of Wollongong, Lauren is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist under Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA).

As part of her Master’s program, Lauren has had experience working alongside leading Sports Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists and is transferring skills over to be utilized within the studio for musculoskeletal and sporting injury management, sports specific training, youth athletic development, pain management and behaviour change. Lauren has a clinical interest in application of evidence based practice and utilization of current technology to these areas and in health coaching those managing chronic diseases, particularly the reversibility in neurological disorders including Parkinson’s Disease.

Lauren believes that it is never too late to make change. Her role as a Health Coach empowers people to take all aspects of health management into their own hands and maximise their outcomes.

 I have been training at Rekreate Ladies Fitness for 3 years now, my interest for the fitness industry grew when I seen the lives of people change for the better. Being new to the fitness industry, I love learning and being able to pass on all of my knowledge to those around me. I was very athletic at school representing in many sports but mostly Athletics, soccer, football and dancing.

I am a qualified hairdresser so making people feel good is something I have always done and strive to continue.

I have completed my TRX Suspension training as well as Thump boxing training plus Cert 3 & 4 in fitness.

I only wish to inspire clients and promote a healthy lifestyle for all those around me.
