Just an email to say how much I learnt from Kylies presentation last night , it was excellent, loved that it was in easy to understand and we could all relate, it also made you feel like it can all be achievable, and if you fall off the wagon just get up and start again.
I will certainly be changing a few things I thought were OK to eat and drink.
I also love how I still have permission to have a mega coffee in the morning ( with skim milk of course) and that can be my coffee fix for the day.
You really don't have to give up all the things you enjoy!

I am impressed and spreading the word about your gym as I actually have avoided the 'gym culture' in the past but have felt comfortable to be me and builds up fitness in the past 3 weeks. I love being able to do Pilates, Zumba ... Yoga (hoping) and using the walking machines. It is working out nicely incorporating the exercises into my week. I look forward to continuing.
I am your typical 'waste a whole bunch of money on gym membership' type of girl that ends up doing nothing.

The team at ReKreate are amazing. I am losing those baby kilo's and toning up in a fun, warm and motivating environment and really enjoying the great variety of classes available. Hi ladies, I just wanted to say I feel so good and it's only been two weeks! I'm really proud of myself for pushing myself in my classes to the best I can do thanks to the wonderful inspirational trainers!I'm so motivated which I never thought I would be! I know I'm in safe hands, after my broken back and pelvis I was initially told I may never walk properly unaided again! I worked hard with my physio then when that stopped it has been quite scary to even think about lifting a washing basket let alone do a 30 min spin class and pump class!
