Kate has been in the fitness industry for about 5 years, changing careers from Property Management to Personal training. Kate has previously worked as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Operations Manager at Kickstart Fitness. Kate is also BodyPump, BodyStep, RPM, Boot camp and Boxing qualified. She is also trained by the Australian Diabetes Council to undertake the Beat It Program.

Kate's passion for fitness began at an early age dancing for 14 years as well as playing a range of sports including netball, touch football and oztag. Kate spent 3 years traveling around the world before settling into a role in the Fitness Industry. She has a passion for helping other like-minded women work towards the health and fitness goals and loves that she can play such an important part in some women's life.

Kate is married to Nathan, has an 8 year old step daughter, Casey, and Angel, the cutest puppy ever!

Kate understands that life can be hectic and we don't always stick to our health and fitness plan. She suggests that you stop beating yourself up about the bad days! We're all a work in progress, which means we get there a little at a time, not all at once.
