Lauren began working in the fitness and health industry at age 19. Recently graduating from University of Wollongong, Lauren is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist under Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA).
As part of her Master’s program, Lauren has had experience working alongside leading Sports Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists and is transferring skills over to be utilized within the studio for musculoskeletal and sporting injury management, sports specific training, youth athletic development, pain management and behaviour change. Lauren has a clinical interest in application of evidence based practice and utilization of current technology to these areas and in health coaching those managing chronic diseases, particularly the reversibility in neurological disorders including Parkinson’s Disease.
Lauren believes that it is never too late to make change. Her role as a Health Coach empowers people to take all aspects of health management into their own hands and maximise their outcomes.
