 I know we joke around and I am always one of the first to complain, bitch and moan but I just wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU to you and all the girls but especially you and Mel for your motivation and support of me this year. I feel fitter, healthy and more motivated then I have in years and love the feeling of having done a hard workout as opposed to "wussy one"!!! It takes great team to make a FAB group and your team is FANTASTIC!!!! 
 I have been training with both Kylie's for a few years now. I used to go to the gym and found I did not get much out of it Now I'm with ReKreate, I have noticed a huge difference in my fitness and body shape. It maybe tough at times, however the outcome is well worth it. The support is non-stop from the trainers and fellow clients. Thanks for pushing me and making it fun. 
 I started training with Re-Kreate nearly 2 years ago and have experienced fantastic results with weight loss, changed body shape plus fitness. I was attracted to Re-Kreate because they offer small group training designed specifically for women by women. The camaraderie encouragement and positive training environment at a beautiful harbourside location makes getting up on cold mornings, if not easy, at least an enjoyable experience. Not only are the trainers supportive of all women in their group with a wide range of fitness, ages and personal goals, but they also manage to balance their needs with an element of fun and friendship. I am grateful for the motivation the Re-Kreate trainers have given me to achieve my fitness and lifestyle goals, plus the bonds I have formed with the and all the women that is beyond a normal gym environment.
I love the way you train me, you are hard but make it fun at the same time.You sometimes train WITH the group leading by example and make everything look really easy, so we know that you practise what you preach. At the end of each training session I think when I have left that I should have said "thank you" because I feel so good. So thank you for getting me back on track. I have so much more energy, feel good toned up and lost 3 kilo's.
 I started training with Rekreate Ladies Fitness over 2 years ago and loved it. I then moved to Newcastle for work and tried to find another outdoor training group but was really disappointed with the groups I had tried so I quit fitness for a while and managed to put back on those kilos I had lost. Fortunately I had the opportunity to come back to Wollongong in December and resign with the Team at ReKreate. I have since lost 7kgs changed my body shape and increased my fitness and had heaps of fun and laughs while doing so. The trainers make the sessions challenging and different everytime and adaptable to your fitness. My energy levels and self confidence have increased dramatically. I feel "GREAT". Thanks to the team at REKREATE .
 Thank you for all your hard work, you made me do things I would never have pushed myself to do, and I honestly enjoyed every session. You truly are excellent at what you do. I am definitely fitter and re-motivated, which was my major goal.
