Kylie is a certified Thump Boxing and Kickboxing instructor as well as Les Mills Instructor and Exercise Nutrition. Kylie has owned and operated a successful outdoor business in Wollongong for the past 4 years. Kylie has helped many women achieve improved health, fitness and body image. Kylie recently had her second child and understands the obstacles associated with getting your pre baby body shape back. Kylie would love nothing more than to help motivate you to ReKreate yourself in a positive and friendly environment. |
|  | Mel BRODIEMel has been working in the fitness industry for the past 6yrs and has been a personal training at Fernwood Wollongong for the past 5yrs. Mel has completed a Bachelor of Science (Biomedical Science) and Graduate Diploma in Exercise Rehabilitation at the University of Wollongong. Mel is an accredited Exercise Physiologist and has had experience working in cardiac rehab and corporate health. Mel also has many other qualifications including her Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness, Heart Moves Certificate and boxing and kickboxing certification as well as Thump boxing and Bosu. Mel has participated in and enjoys many sports especially netball and running. |

Rebecca's qualifications include Group Exercise Instructor and Gym Instructor (Certificate III in Fitness) and Personal Trainer and Aqua Trainer (Certificate IV in Fitness). Rebecca is also a certified Les Mills International Instructor and a certified Punchfit Boxing Trainer. Rebecca enjoys helping others achieve their health and fitness goals with fun, motivating and effective training sessions. Rebecca believes that with the right motivation, dedication and determination we all have the potential to exceed our own expectations and achieve what we previously imagined to be impossible.

Caroline is new to the trainer side of fitness but has been a convert ever since she played representative basketball at the age of 11.Caroline has completed her Certificate III in fitness and is currently completing her Cert IV Personal Trainer as well as Thump Boxing. Caroline enjoys running and competes with Kembla Joggers at club level as well as representing the club at state level in 2008. Had a successful season within her age gaining gold and silver medals as well as breaking records. Caroline is admired for her passion for fitness and commitment to helping other women gain their goals. |

Hailing from Melbourne with over 15 years experience as a business owner, personal trainer and health and fitness presenter Megan loves inspiring people to get moving, have fun being active and to bring out the best in themselves. Megan loves yoga, dance, sunrises, vintage shopping, the joy of chasing after her two daughters Ella (3 1/2 yrs) and Lucy (18 mths) and her morning coffees at North Beach!. She looks forward to seeing you in her 6 am Friday morning Yoga Stretch class.

Jenny has recently joined the team at Rekreate and is new to the fitness industry. Jenny has gained qualifications in Cert III Group Exercise, Punch Fit Boxing and is registered with Fitness Australia. When Jenny isn't participating in Rekreate Group Training she loves to keep fit and healthy and enjoys running the beaches of Wollongong. Jenny's passion and challenge in life is too motivate other women in reaching their goals in which they thought could not be achieved .
