Personal Trainer / Gym Manager
Bec joined Rekreate as a member after having her first child in 2012. Bec noticed the difference at Rekreate to other gyms immediately. People were friendly, remembered her name and she didn’t feel self-conscious. About 3 months into her journey she participated in her first challenge (Revolution) a 6 week lifestyle overhaul. In that 6 weeks Bec lost 8 kilograms, gained strength and fitness and found new confidence in herself. Bec also found a passion for fitness. It wasn’t until the birth of her second child and completion of another challenge that Bec approached Kylie with her aspiration to one day become a Personal Trainer. Kylie fully supported Bec to achieve her goal and after 2 years of studying part-time, Bec became a fully qualified Personal Trainer. Since this time, Bec has had a third baby and is excited to share her journey with our members whilst empowering them to achieve their own health and fitness goals.
Bec is married to Kaine and has three children: Jax , Ace and Frankie.
Bec will push you to be the best version of yourself.
